COMMITTEES

Strategic Planning
   Decides on the priorities or order of business and manages the
   general course of its operations. Charting a strategic course for
​   the future of the organization

Reference
   Coordinates archives, library, exhibits, genealogy and museum

Marketing
   Newsletters, website, social media, print media, general publicity

Fundraising
   Raising funds to insure the financial liability and stability of the
   organization; grant writing
IT/Tech
   Maintenance and/or replacement of software and digital
   equipment in the Old Stone Church, manages document storage

Building
   Maintenance and repair of the museum building and grounds;
   Development and implementation of capital improvement projects.

Events
   Responsible for coordinating Church rental, programs, and tours

Membership
   Membership drives, processing and maintaining member status
